Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ann Everett, 76, were held Monday at 4 pm from the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Don Anderson officiating. Burial was in the Center Point Cemetery. A native of Letcher County, Mrs. Everett died Saturday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Scheele, with whom she has made her home in Schertz for the past seven years.
Mrs. Everett was a former resident of Kerrville for many years and a member of the First Baptist Church. She was the wife of the late Joseph W Everett who died in 1939.
She is survived by Mrs. Scheele, five brothers, Hamp Bogg, El Paso; Reid Bogg, Tankersly; Chester Bogg, Lubbock; Herbert Bogg, Delores; Edwin Bogg, Midland: three sisters, Mrs. K.S. White, Austin; Mrs. G.F. Albert, Portales, New Mexico; Mrs. E.M. Steperis, Alburn, California, and four grandchildren.
