He was born the son of Arthur Roman Frey and Jane Rose Neville Frey. Arthur, a former resident of Denver, Co., resided in Houston for 23 years where he worked at Gulf States Toyota for 17 years. He honorably served his country at Bolling Air Force Base of Washington, D.C. as a 1st Lieutenant. Arthur is survived by his loving wife Julie Frey; daughter Anne Bachman; sons Christopher and wife Juli, Jeffrey, John and Peter Frey; brothers David, John and Stephen Frey; grandson Christopher Frey; granddaughter Angela Bachman and numerous nieces and nephews.
