Anna Belle Ramsey Mathews is the daughter of George Washington and Irene Linn Ramsey. She married Perlee Lester Mathews, son of David Crockett and Emily Shaw Booth Mathews on March 17, 1898 in at the home of her father in New London, Henry County, Iowa. Perlee and Anna Belle Mathews were blessed with three children, June Geneva, Roy Earnest and Virgil Linn.
