Harriet A. Gamble, 51, wife of Gary Gamble of Lexington died Friday, October 7, 2011 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Harriet was born October 23, 1959 in Hamilton, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late David and Nora Isaacs. She was a homemaker and she enjoyed karaoke and loved spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Harriet is survived by three sons: Virgil Keith Carpenter of Lexington, Gary Wayne and Tony (Denise) Gamble both of Harrodsburg, three daughters: Tracy Heizer (Daniel Johnson) of Lexington, Jennifer (Charles) McFerron of Harrodsburg and Emily Gamble of Colorado, one brother: Fletcher (Cathy) Abner of Richmond, one sister: Rosemary (Homer) King of McKee, thirteen grandchildren: Natasha, Jessica and Charles "Bubba" McFerron, Justin and Chrissy Heizer, Jamie Johnson, Kali Robinson, Jacob and Faith Johnson, Gabriel, Andrew and Rebecca Gamble and Nathan Hurst, three great grandchildren: Clarisa Bozeman, Peyton and Noah Hurst. Harriet was preceded in death by four sisters: Zelma Cole, Edna Mae Abner, Virginia Kaye Abner and Carolyn Mamie Abner, three brothers: John Ricky, Charles Wade and Niven Abner and one grandchild: James Russell Gamble.
