Millie was born to Mathew Frost and Nancy Jane Hale on 28 Oct 1861 in Barry County, Missouri. When she was 14, Millie lost her mother. On 03 Jul 1879, Millie married William Rutherford who was from Arkansas, she was only 17 at the time of their marriage. It is not known when William died, but on 26 May 1913 in Polk County, Arkansas, Millie married her first cousin, Elijah Marion Frost. They were divorced before 1931. Millie moved to Colusa County, California where she lived until her death on 29 Nov 1942.
