A native of North Bend, Ore., she lived in Okeechobee for two years. She moved there from Kelton, Pa.
She was a former clerk with the U.S. Postal Service, West Grove, Pa.
Survivors include a son, Charles M. Blevins Jr. of Unionville, Pa.; her parents Shirley and Charles Thomas of Okeechobee; and two brothers, Randy Thomas and wife Wanda of Oxford, Pa., and Brian Thomas and wife Karen of Okeechobee.
A service will be in Pennsylvania.
Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery, Nottingham, Pa.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
