Don't see a Memorial on Abraham, so I'm doing one in hope to link his family together.

Oldest son of Noah Webster and Mercy (Steele) Webster of Hartford Connecticut. His birth date is recorded in the Hartford vital records page 435. May have grown up on the farm with his siblings, since his father was a farmer. He 1st married Rachel Merrill she was bp 5 April 1753. Est. marraige date should be around 1774-5. She was the daughter of Benjamin Merrill and Mary Webster of Hartford, CT. ( she beinging a 3rd grt-granddaugther to Jonathan Webster, Jonathen was the brother of Abrahams 4rd great-grandfather John Webster.) Abraham and Rachel had one son, who died along with his mother Rachel Webster in child birth. Abrahams son was named after himself, and the one buried near his mother and grandparents in the Old Center Cemetery, Hartford, Ct. Just after his wife Rachel and his 1st son Abraham died, he left to join the fight in the Revolution. So that would have him at the age of 25 at the time he enlisted on the 1st of Feb.1776. In the Early Connecticut Marraiges prior to 1800, there is a record stating the marriage of Abraham to Dolly (called Dorothy in some records )Seymour on the 14th of Feb, in 1778. Her family history "A History of The Seymour Family of Hartford, Connecticut for six Generations" Complied by George Dudley Seymour & Donald Lines Jacobs, New Haven Connecticut 1936 page 78. Dorothy being the daughter of Moses Seymour who was a decendant of Richard Seymour one of the founders of Hartford Connecticut. From what I have found, and from Noah Webster's Jr. genealogy & website they had five children born. A couple sources say one time they lived in Stockbridge, Mass. (I haven't found a record that he had lived there yet. But Noah Webster Jr., writes he died in Sullivan, Madision Co., New York. Dorothy died in 1819,but haven"t found where she was buried to prove the date. Abraham then married Eunice Childs of Deerfield (she has no issue yet) as his 3rd wife. Arabram himself died in 1831 at 80 years old.
