Felix Abeyta died April 18 at St. Joseph hospital. Funeral services were held Saturday, April 18 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church.
He was born Nov. 20, 1897 in Del Norte, Colorado. Survivors are his wife, Louisa Abeyta; four sons, Joe Velasquez, Lubin Velasquez, Raymond Abeyta, Sam Abeyta, all of Del Norte; three daughters, Mary Gallegos, Del Norte; Martha Reedy, Danville, Pennsylvania and Jeanne Lobato, Monte Vista; sister, Louisa Chavez, Denver; 57 grandchildren, 92 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Burial was in the Del Norte cemetery.
