LYONS - Mrs. Dorcas Esther Bethers, 85, died Sunday evening at the Unruh Nursing Home, McPherson, after a five-week illness.
She was born Oct. 4, 1877, at Lyons and had lived there all her life.
She was married to Estes Bethers, May 19, 1897, at Lyons. He died in 1955.
Survivors: A daughter, Mrs. Basil Wohlford, Lyons, and two granddaughters.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday, First Christian Church, Rev. Orvan Gilstrap. Burial: Lyons Cemetery.
