INDEPENDENCE - Patti Ann Reynolds-Mulberry, 40, of Independence died at 6:50 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2003, at Via Christi St. Francis Regional Hospital in Wichita.
She was born April 30, 1962, at Texarkana, Texas, to Willie and Alice L. (Nelson) Jones. She was employed at Winkleman's Florist and Sedan Floral, both of Independence, for several years. She most recently worked at MFG Construction Services Co. in Independence.
She married Lloyd Reynolds Jr. on March 13, 1981, in Miami, Okla. They were divorced.
She married Shawn Mulberry on Feb. 16, 2001, at Independence. He survives of
the home.
She was a member of
the Grace Memorial United Methodist Church of Independence.
Other survivors include one son, Philip Reynolds of the home; one daughter, Barbie Reynolds of Cherryvale; one grandson; one brother, Richard Kublnick of Claremore, Okla.; and two sisters, Beth Nichols of Independence and Becky Humphrey of Cherryvale.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Grace Memorial United Methodist Church in Independence with the Revs. Jack and Marilyn Gregory of the First United Methodist Church of Independence officiating. Friends may call to register from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at the Potts Chapel in Independence.
Memorials to an education fund for her grandchildren may be left at the funeral home.
