Services for Ethel D. Aberdeen, a retired postal clerk for the Gasport Post Office, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Sherrie-Bream Funeral Home, 4521 Main St. Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery.
Mrs. Aberdeen, 87, died Monday (Nov. 11, 1991) in her Main Street home.
The former Ethel D. Ackerson lived in Gasport all her life. She graduated from Genesee Junior College in Lima and retired in 1965 from the Gasport Post Office after 40 years of service.
Mrs. Ackerson was a member of Covenant United Church of Christ and the Gasport Chapter 153, Order of the Eastern Star.
Her husband, G. Donald Aberdeen, died in 1976.
