Our beautiful angel, Ashley Ann Watts, age 4, was taken tragically in an accident (run over by garbage truck) on February 16, 1994, in Springville to be with our Father in Heaven. She was born September 26, 1989 in Provo, Utah, to Allan and Debbie Watts. Never has there been on earth a child who was more loved. Ashley brought joy to everyone who knew her. Her sparkling blue eyes and radiant smile will live in our hears forever. She will be greatly missed. She leaves behind her parents, Debbie Waycasy Watts and Allan Russell Watts, her sister, Alayna Mari Watts, her brother, Matthew Russell Watts of Springville; grandparents: Milton 'Casey' and Carol Waycasy of Spanish Fork; Lynn and Verda Wright of Provo; Platte and Helen Watts of Springville; aunts and uncles; Jim Waycasy of Provo; Earl and Sherry Black of Salt Lake City; Marsha Dotson, Sandy, Dale and Colleen Anderson of Ruston, LA; many cousins, great aunts and uncles, and friends. Ashley has a special cousin, Jason Black, who is with her also in heaven. Burial was February 19, 1994.
