Foulger also appeared in over 300 films from 1934 to 1970 including: "Dick Tracy," "Union Pacific," "Ellery Queen, Master Detective," "Sullivan's Travels," "The Lost Weekend," "The Three Musketeers," "Superman and the Mole Men," "The Long, Hot Summer" and "Pocketful of Miracles." Married to actress Dorothy Adams for 50 years.
