Christine Talley, age 69, of Burton Circle, died Monday, May 28, 2007, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Monday, February 28, 1938, in Garrard Co., KY, she was a daughter of the late Gilbert and Nancy Helton Lamb. Mrs. Talley was a homemaker and a member of the Danville Church of God. Survivors include her son, Jim (Debbie) Talley of Danville; daughters, Debbie (Tinsley) Morgan of Richmond, Linda J. (Keith Matthews) Bourne of Danville, and Jennifer Talley (Alex) Brown of Fort Campbell; brother, Willie Lamb of Lancaster; sister, Betty Davis of Lancaster; 8 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, who passed away on June 23, 2006, J.C. Talley, and a great-grandchild, Alex Ryan Brown, Jr. . Pallbearers were Joseph Bourne, James and Troy Teague, Josh Wilcher, Adam Cook, Matt East, and Ronald Lamb. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Hendrickson and his office staff and the employees of McDowell Home Health.
