John Hahn of said countyand of lawful age makes Oath and saith that the hear David Bierly (Byerly) father of Lewis Bierly give his consent fo his said son Lewis to intermarry with Drusilla Huffstutter and this affidant further swears that he is acquainted with the said Drusilla Huffstutter who is about to intermarry with the said Lewis Bierly and that he does __ believe that the said Drusilla Huffstutter at this time of lawful age and that one of the parties usully resides in this county and that he knowns of no lawful reason why the said Lewis Bierly and Drusilla Huffstutter should not be married and further affidant saith not July 9 1828
