Johnny was the son of James Nazworth and Edna Brack. Johnny died from injuries received in a car-bicycle accident. He was in the seventh grade at Wakulla High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Crawfordville.
His grandparents were John and Laura Nazworth, of Crawfordville, and Susie Brack of Perry, Florida.
