Funeral services for Martin A. Miller, 67 of rural Clarinda will be at 2:00 pm, Friday at St John's Lutheran Church with Pastor Carl Lueker officiating.
Mr Martin died at his rural farm home southwest of Clarinda Wednesday morning while doing chores.
He was born April 29, 1911 at Lacona, Ia, the son of Frank and Mary Frances Offenburger Miller. On Dec 29, 1954 he was married to Amelia Meyer who survives. They have lived on the farm southwest of town.
Besides his wife of the home, Mr Miller is survived by three brothers and three sisters: Benjamin Miller, Des Moines, Rachel Jones, Des Moines, Mabel Crawford, Orofino, Id, Glenn Miller, Des Moines, Cynthia Crawford, Des Moines, and Delmar Miller, Rialto, Ca. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother Delbert and sisters Icel Furgison and Frances Sanders, and his parents.
