Irvine Lionel Evans was the only child born to Mr. & Mrs. Henry Evans. He died of influenza on Sept. 16, 1918, at a Naval Hospital, at Chelsea, Mass., aged 24 years. Irvine entered the Navy from Harvard University, May 14, 1918. He was made cost accountant in the office of the chief inspector at Fore River Shipyards, Quincy, Mass.
