Robert E. Lovelace.
Robert E. Lovelace of Damascus was found dead early yesterday in the woods near his home. He died of heart disease on his way home from cutting wood. Mr. Lovelace was born Jan 11, 1872, and has lived here most of his life.
Mr. Lovelace is survived by the following children: Alton L. Lovelace, Sacramento, Cal.; Thomas A. Lovelace, Portland; Mrs. N.T. Vincent, Marshfield, Or., and Mrs. Ada L. Cooper of Portland; also a brother John F. Lovelace, Estacada; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Batesman, Portland; Mrs. Ada English, Portland; Mrs. Lillie Bourd, Sherwood, and a brother-in-law, John C. Elliott of Damascus.
Funeral services will be held from the Damascus church Saturday at 2 o'clock. Rev. Erastus A. Smith of Portland will officiate. Interment will be in the Damascus cemetery, with the Oregon City funeral home in charge.
