SPRINGFIELD - Mildred "Middy" Delores Haney, 73, of Springfield died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006, at her residence.

She was born April 6, 1933, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Harold and Lola Mae(Owen) Cooney.

Miss. Cooney was united Mr.Haney on July 03, 1965.

She was of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Haney also enjoyed reading, listening to music, & going to shows.

Mrs. Haney was a registered nurse and taught nursing, & was employed by a Doctors office in the Springfield, Illinois area.

Survivors: husband; daughter & spouse of Austin, TX; three granddaughters; sister & spouse of Jacksonville, IL; one aunt of Springfield, IL; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.

No services are planned.

Cremated ashes to be placed with husband in Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield, Illinois
