DALTON JR., Frank H. 70, of Springfield passed away Saturday, November 5, 2011 in his residence. He was born February 27, 1941 in Franklin, Ohio, the son of Frank H. Sr. and Stella Mae (Hatfield) Dalton. Frank loved music and was a huge Elvis fan. He was a very special, wonderful and loving husband and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his beloved wife of 37 years, Melinda J. (Huffman) Dalton; three daughters, Cathy (David) Gaines, Cheri (Torre) Dalton and Lisa (Jeff) Renshaw; two sisters, Joyce (Harry) Evans and Carol (Bob) Rouse; one brother, Steve (Linda) Dalton; six grandchildren, Savannah Renshaw, Cariann Gaines, Madison Renshaw, Zack Gaines, Trevor Gaines and Jackson Renshaw; mother-in-law and father-in-law also his "special babysitters", Mildred and John Huffman; sister-in-law, Tammy (John) Culler; brother-in-law, Greg (Pam) Huffman and numerous very special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Michael Todd Dalton. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
