Mrs. Hockaday was born in Netawaka, Kan., Aug. 7, 1877. She married Carl V. Hockaday March 22, 1898 in Holt, Mo. They resided in Nampa for 30 years. He died Dec. 4, 1959. She moved to Boise in 1960. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Nampa.
Survivors include two sons, Gordon V. Hockaday, Spokane, and Jim M. Hockaday, McCall; three daughters, Mrs. Paul Mackrill, Weiser; Mrs. W. B. Stanley, Boise, and Mrs. Alfred Webb, Mercer Island, Wash.; eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Gordon and Jim Hockaday, Paul and Lloyd Mackrill, Alfred Webb and William Lewis.
The family suggests contributions to a favorite charity.
