He is survived by his daughter, Sophia Hernandez; two brothers, Jesse (Elizabeth) Hernandez and Richard Hernandez; nieces and nephews, Kyle, Alania and Jessica Hernandez, Justin and Raymond Hernandez. Preceded in death by parents Paul and Eloisa Hernandez. Funeral services and burial will be held on Monday October 27, 2003 at 11:00 AM Directly at All Saints Cemetery, 700 North River Road, DesPlains, IL. Pastor Joe Ruiz officiating. Visitation at Fife Funeral Home, 4201 Indianapolis Blvd., East Chicago, IN, will be 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. Wake Service 7:00 p.m. Sunday. David was an employee of Roadway Trucking. He was a member and Vice President of Greater Works Outreach Ministry in Hammond and a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. In lieu of flowers, donations to Greater Works Outreach Ministry, 5125 Hohman Ave., Hammond, 46320 would be appreciated.
