Daniel F. H. Allen, 76, here for his twentieth season from Medina, N.Y., died yesterday morning in a local hospital. While in St. Petersburg he made his home at 546 Seventh Street North.
A retired rural mail carrier, Mr. Allen was prominent in Masonic circle in New York State. He was a member of the Methodist Church and various Masonic lodges in Medina.
He is survived by a brother, George F. Allen, St. Petersburg; a cousin, Capt. Victor Hunt Harding, Washington, D. C., now in St. Petersburg; and two nephews, Arthur Allen, Rochester, N.Y., and Charles Allen, New York City.
Arrangement are being handled by The Palms Memorial.
