Patty Lambert Owens ,57, of Angleton, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2007 at her residence. Patty was born in Pike County, Ohio, in 1949 to Leo L. and Mary Magaline Lambert. Patty worked for the City of Angleton, for sixteen years and was the office manager for the Public Works Department. When she was first hired in 1991, she was a dispatcher for the Angleton Police Department and later transferred over to the Public Works Department in 1994. Survivors include her husband,Robert A.Owens Sr.,whom she married on January 15,1994,of Angleton, Texas; two children, Windy Clark ; Summer Clark (Matt Barnes) ;four grandchildren; siblings, Hazel Mustard; Robert "Bob" Lambert; William "Bill" Lambert; Alva P."Joe" Lambert; John Lambert; Calvin Lambert; Beulah Lambert; step children; step grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends. Patty was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ada L. Lambert Jackson . Funeral services are set for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Palms Funeral Home, Angleton, Texas 77515.
