Thelma Cagle Hankins, 95, 1221 Janice Road, died June 14, 2000, at Brian Center. She was a native of Sugar Valley, Ga., daughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Martin Cagle, wife of the late Otis Hammond Hankins, a homemaker, member of First Baptist Church.
