Heber Wilford Cox, 82, of Springville, died Monday, June 15, 1992 at a care center in Provo, from complications following a stroke. He was born March 4, 1910 in Fairview to Austin and Roseannah Johnson Cox, Sr.. He married Leota Beardall April 15, 1938 in Springville. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife, of Springville; one son and three daughters: Glen W. Cox, Clearfield; Irene Cox, Stanton, California; Karen Cox Watkins and Joyce Cox Fonseca Silva, both of Provo; eight grandchildren and three great-crandchildren; one sister, Nora Melisay Cox Lewis of Ogden. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian S. Watkins and six brothers and four sisters. Funeral services were Thursday, June 18, 1992, 11 a.m. at the Hobble Creek Stake Center, Springville. Wheeler Mortuary. Burial was June 18, 1992.
