Timothy fought in the war of 1812. He moved from Bethany Ct to Tioga Center, NY and lived there for a time with his brother Lewis on Halsey Valley Road working at clearing and taking Lumber. He married Mary Ann Clark June 24, 1828. He moved to Western NY and Eventually settled in Tonawanda NY. He was a Lumberman and a Millwright.
