Cecil A. Dice, 58, died Saturday at the Veterans Administration hospital in Levenworth, Kan., where he had been a patient for several months.
Mr. Dice, a veteran of 17 years with the United States Air Force, made his home in Chillicothe for several years. He was the son of Tom and Edna Anderson Dice and was born in Daviess County.
Mr. Dice is survived by an aunt, Mrs. Rhoda Rooney of Maysville, and several cousins.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Lindley Funeral Home with the Rev. Walter L. Bingham officiating. Burial will be in Hutchison cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
