SR. FRANCES MARIE BACHURA
CONCORDIA - The funeral for Sister Francis Marie Bachura, 78, a member of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Concordia for 51 years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Nazareth Motherhouse, Concordia, the Rev. LeRoy Metro officiating.
Sr. Frances Marie died Thursday at St. Mary's Convent, Concordia, where she had been in retirement for several years. She was born in 1901 in Wilson and entered the Concordia congregation in 1928. She served in hospitals and schools operated by the Sisters in Kansas and Michigan.
Surviving are a brother, Frank Bachura, Wilsey, and a sister, Mrs. John Dorenkamp, Selden.
A Bible service will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the Motherhouse. Burial will be in the Motherhouse Cemetery.
