ALLEN, Cam C., age 91, widower of the late Betty Jane Allen, passed away July 23, 2011. Originally from Napier, (Braxton County) W.Va., he served 22 years in the Army, earning a Silver Star and the Belgian Fourrgere Citation, among many other awards. He later retired as a guard from the Federal Reserve of Richmond. He is survived by a daughter, Barbara Condrey; three grandchildren, Robin (Tim) Brannon, Michelle Condrey and Joseph Condrey; three great-grandchildren, Rachel and Ben Brannon, and Jessica Armstrong. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Jason Kirkland. Military service will be held at Amelia Veteran's Cemetery at a later date.
