Carl C. Arndt, 82, passed away today at his home in the town of Plymouth after a one-week illness. He was born January 18, 1868, in the town of Plymouth, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Arndt. He was married March 28, 1896, to Sophia Blanke. They lived in the town of Plymouth for eight years and then moved to Plymouth, where they remained until a few years ago. Mr. Arndt operated the first Ford agency in Sheboygan County.
The survivors include this wife; one son Clarence of the town of Plymouth; two daughters, Mrs. Clara Lautenbach of Plymouth and Mrs. Harold (Dolores) Herber of Sheboygan; three grandchildren and a brother, William Arndt of Plymouth. Three sisters preceded him in death.
Christian Science services will be held at Wittkopp Funeral home, with Reinhold Herrling, First Church of Christ, Scientist, Plymouth, as the reader. Burial will be made in the Union cemetery.
