On Sunday, November 11, 2012 the Washington Post wrote a large article about Gresham.
LeRoy wrote a 7 journal diary during the civil war while he was an invalid. His diaries were never published but were donated to the Library of Congress. He broke his leg and it crippled him. He was confined to bed or a special wagon that a slave pulled.
