Melissa Ann Hanna, a native of Clinton and a resident of Denham Springs, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at her residence at the age of 34.
Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, until funeral service in the chapel, conducted by Dr. Terry Booth. Burial will follow in Amite Baptist Church Cemetery, Denham Springs.
She is survived by her son, Kaiden Hanna; mother, Carolyn Hanna; father and stepmother, Virgil and Sue Hanna; sisters and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Kevin Acaldo, and Shawna Hanna; stepbrother, Quinton Bourque; special nephews, Matthew and Morgan Acaldo; two nieces and a nephew; a special cousin who was like her brother, Courtney Hooge; grandparents, Jeanette and Herbert Hanna; her best friend and second "child," her black Lab Thunder; and numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Emmett and Odelle Hooge.
