Alfred B. Davick, Coulee Merchant Dies At Home Tuesday
Funeral Services will be held from the Bethlehem Lutheran Church west of Coulee tomorrow (Friday) afternoon at 2 o'clock for Alfred B. Davick, Coulee merchant, who passed away at home Tuesday morning. The Rev. Carl Sauer will officiate and interment will be made in the Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery. The M. Ringen Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Davick passed away early Tuesday morning, and his death was unexpected.
Alfred Bernard Davick was born April 6, 1902 at Clinton, Minnesota and spent almost his entire life in this vicinity. He was united in marriage to Mabel Jorgensen at Stanley on June 15, 1927. During the past few years Mr. and Mrs. Davick have operated the grocery store at Coulee.
He leaves to mourn his death his widow and a daughter, Donna Marie; his father, Peter Davick of Coulee; three brothers and two sisters. The sisters are Mrs. Walter Christianson of Kenmare and Mrs. Oscar Nore of Coulee. The brothers are Walmer and Rasmus of Minot and Peter Davick of Stanley.
