TOM FRANK BARRETT - Services for Tom Frank Barrett 62, were conducted Tuesday afternoon from Pleasant Hill Church by the Rev. H.L. Knidle. Mr. Barratt, a native Henderson Countian, died early Monday at his home near Reagan. He was a veteran of World War 1 and had lived in the county all his life. Mr. Barratt was a member of the Pentecostal church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Bessie Mae Barratt; four sons, Johnny Ray, James Charles, Clifford C., and Charles Odell, all of reagan; two daughters, Mrs. Tommie Mae Wallace and Miss Jessie Faye Barratt, both of Reagan; and a sister, Mrs. Mary Winberry, Covington TN. Burial was in the church cemetery with Pafford Funeral Home in charge.
Although the obituary says Barratt - the headstone is listed as "BARRETT". He is listed in the cemetery book in Pleasant "VIEW" Cemetery.

Tom Frank Barrett of the Reagan and Center Hill communities was the most highly decorated serviceman, receiving a certificate for service deemed far beyond the call of duty, which was presented to him personally by General Pershing.
