Notes from The Wall:

Anton was one of my buddies in Nam.We were with the 2nd Plt,D Company,1st Squadron, 11th ACR.We entered basic together and were both assigned to the 11th. "D"Company had 3 Paltoons of M-48A3 Tanks.
Anton was a good solider and a faithful friend. He was killed by a sniper while commanding the tank in the absence of his regular tank commander.
May he "Rest in Peace".

I saw your name at the traveling Wall at Buffalo Chip at Sturgis, SD last weekend and made a rubbing. If I ever do one thing, I'm going to make sure that the Koochiching County boys who paid the ultimate price are never going to be forgotten. Thanks, Anton. And please pass on a heartfelt thanks to Earl, Bruce, Melvin, Doug, Ricky, Richard, Jerry, James, John, Steve, William,Woodrow and Barney.

"You are Remembered"
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. "He which hath no stomach to this fight let him depart. But we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother." Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare) May God Bless You for your Sacrifice!!!
