He was an avid dart player and was a member of the Savannah Area Dart Association (S.A.D.A.). Kevin is survived by his parents, James William and Carolyn Levon Chavis Hooper; his son, Brandon; sister, Kellie Smith and husband Bubba of Richmond Hill, GA; paternal grandmother, Mary J.
