Born in Genesse County, New York. Moved to Erie, PA and then to Michigan. After her marriage, she and her husband came to Illinois around 1856. Then moved to Alton around 1871.
Survived by five daughters: Mrs. Ulrich Eberhardt of Newark, N. J., Mrs. Joseph Dressel of Kane, Mrs. Adelaide O'Haver of Alton, Miss Sara Hudson of Alton, and Mrs. William Cartwright of Upper Alton.

As they could provide no source and I couldn't find a direct source, I prefer not to link them. There is a DAR record, but there is no verifiable source directly stating who her parents were.
