Graduate of Charles Town High School and West Virginia University. He was a farmer & teacher of science and vocational agriculture. He & his family designed and constructed the Sleepy Hollow Golf & Country Club in Charles Town.
Preceded in death by his parents,; a stepsister, Georgette Glenn; and grandson, Jerry "Baby Jay" Gaylon Foster III.
Survived by wife, Betty Lou (Harbaugh) Glenn; three daughters; a son; five grandchildren; three great-granchildren.
Celebration of life was held at Grace Chapel in Franklin on Nov. 20, 2011. Private service followed by a graveside service attended by family on Oct. 19, 2011.
