CHARLES HALL TIMBERLAKE - a leading young lawyer from Lexington, died at one a.m., yesterday at a sanatorium in Memphis. Last Wednesday Mr. Timberlake was removed to the sanitorium for treatment. His sudden death was a shock to his family and friends as strong hopes were entertained for his ultimate recovery. The deceased was a son of Col. E.J. Timberlake of Lexington, and a nephew of W.P. Timberlake of this city. Quite a large gathering of friends assembled in this city to accompany the remains to Lexington. Among the many prominent people comprising those in attendance were Mr. W.V. Barry of The Lexington Progress and Mr. N.R. Barham of Lexington.
