BLUEWELL — Kathy Diane Williams Faulkner, age 51, of Lorton Lick Road, Bluewell, W.Va., died peacefully on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Bluefield Regional Hospital just five days from her 52nd birthday. Born on November 8, 1959 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late Harry "Buck" Williams and Dorothy P. Graham. Kathy was raised in Bramwell and attended Bramwell High School and the Bramwell Wesleyan Church. She lived in the Bluewell area most of her life where she was a homemaker and an in-home care provider. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rhonda Sue Graham; and a brother, Harry "Randy" Williams. She was also preceded by her maternal grandparents, Myrtle and John Hardy; and paternal grandparents, Bill and Pearl Williams.
Survivors: Husband of 35 years, Danny R. Faulkner of the home; children, Shawn L. Faulkner and wife Charlene of Abbeville, La., Jeremy W. Faulkner and wife Misty of Bluefield, Eric Kincer of Dublin, Va., Danielle L. Faulkner of the home; grandchildren, Brandon, Bryan, Gabriel, Brianna, Kaleb and Kelsey; brothers and sisters, Linda Perkins of Athens, W.Va., Barbara Dunn of Montcalm, W.Va., who was her best friend, Herbert Williams of Old Bramwell Road, Bluefield, W.Va., Terry White of Bluefield, W.Va., David Williams of Brushfork, W.Va., Audrey Sluss of Brushfork, W.Va., Michelle "Missy" Fleeman of Bluefield, W.Va., Tonya Williams of Falls Mills, Va. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A special friend, Amy Thompson also survives.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with the Reverend David Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Serving as pallbearers will be Clayton Williams, Ronnie Dunn Jr., Christopher Williams, Perry Lusk, Robert Punturi Jr., and Mickey Erickson.
