At the Beattie Haven Rest Home, Wardsville on Sunday, October 4, 1987 Mariah (Tunks) Winger in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Winger. Dear mother of Mildred (Mrs. Jack Wallace) of Thamesford, Bessie (Mrs. Floyd Erb) of Pontiac, Michigan and Ruth (Mrs. Wesley Wallace) of Embro. Sister of Mrs. Clara Neville and Mr. Clifford Tunks, both of Wardsville. Sister-in-law of Mrs. Mabel Tunks of Windsor and Mrs. Mae Tunks of Bothwell. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by 4 sisters, 5 brothers and an infant daughter. Friends may call at the Harland B. Betzner Funeral Home, 177 Dundas Street, Thamesford from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9 p.m. where funeral and committal service will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 1987 at 2 p.m. with Rev. A. C. Pease officiating. Interment Oakland Cemetery, Glencoe. If desired donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
