Popular disc jockey in the Los Angeles area. Deirdre started her show "SNAP" (Saturday Night Avant Pop") on KCRW-FM in 1980 and it ran until 1991. She also started "Breakfast with the Beatles" on KMET-FM in 1983, and the show eventually moved to KLSX-FM, where she broadcasted every Sunday until her death. Critics and fans applauded her for her passion for music and new artists.
