Funeral services for Morgan Aldine Kieffer, 38, Dayton plasterer, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 from the Dayton Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Milton A. Wilmersherr officiating.

Kieffer was instantly killed on Sunday night at 7:30 when struck by a hit and run driver, while walking along the Dayton Pike south of Myers Service station. He had been to the home of Dan Logan and was returning to his home in Dayton.

He was the son of Linneas L and Daisy M. Kieffer and had spent most of his life in the Dayton community. Kieffer was a man of pleasant disposition and had many friends in the Dayton community. He took much interest in sports and community events.

Surviving him are three children, Mark H. Kieffer, U. S. Navy, Miss Janice Kieffer, of Verona and Miss Rebecca Kieffer, of Washington, and the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Mildred Kerlin, of Alexandria, Mrs. Lodeska Simmons, Mrs. Charlotte Roberts of Harrisonburg and Mrs. Margaret Kennedy of Washington. His parents also survive.

Active pallbearers will be, Joe Kagey, Dan Logan, Joe Meyerhoeffer, D. Ruleman. James Hilbert and Roy. Raish. Honorary pallbearers will be. Wilbur Meyerhoeffer, Charles Estep, Homer Swope, Wilbur Thomas, I. D. Sites, Mac Stover, R. L. Painter and Russell Furr.

Kieffer was a grandson of Aldine. S. Kieffer, well known poet and musician.
