Knightdale - George Everette Hildebrand, 78, of 313 Faison Drive, a retired carpenter, died November 22, 1997 at Raleigh Community Hospital.

Funeral services 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 25, 1997 at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service Chapel. Burial, New Knightdale Baptist Church Cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Annie Lewis Hildebrand; sons, Stephen Lewis Hildebrand of Knightdale and George Wayne Hildebrand of Jupiter, Florida; daughter, Nancy Faye Hildebrand and her husband, Mike Sealey of Raleigh; grandchildren, Toni Hildebrand and her friend, Robbie Trotter of Knightdale, Kelly Vetter and her husband, Brian Veter of Dallas, Georgia; great-grandchild, Blake Hildebrand of Knightdale; sisters, Doris Carlton of Raleigh, Helen Bunn of Rocky Mount, Amy Batton of Greensboro, Georgia, Edith Smith of High Point,

Family will receive relatives and friends Monday, November 24, 1997 from 7-8:30 p.m. at L. Harold Poole Funeral Service and Crematory, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale, NC; and other times at the home.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorial contributions be made to Knightdale Area Rescue, P. O. Box 520, Knightdale, NC 27545.
