Joe Wesley Moser was born December 10, 1940 in Valliant, OK the son of John Walter Moser and Flora Lorine Mitchell Moser and had lived inthe Valliant area since 2002. Joe is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jack Melvin Moser.
