Mrs. Perry was born in Greensboro, September 5, 1926, a daughter of C.V. Saunders and Ethel Bennett Saunders. She worked for Alma Desk for many years and retired from High Point Furniture. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter B. Perry; two sisters, Margaret Perry and Martha Perry; a brother, Ronald Saunders.
Surviving are a daughter, Carolyn Nelson and husband Jerry of High Point and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Davis Funerals & Cremations Chapel by Brother James Shetley. Burial will follow in Guilford Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until the service hour.
