Russell Hale, age 76, died Thursday, November 03, 2011, at Golden Living Center in Stanford. He was a native of Rockcastle County, born to the late William Clyde and Tennessee White Hale. He was of the Holiness faith and was retired from Sylvania Co.
Other than his parents he was preceded in death by: his wife, Bernice Powell Hale, his son, Harold Russell Hale, his siblings, Junior, McKenzie, James,and Arville Hale, Ruby Damrell, Ethel Dixon, Marie Mason, and Mary Hale.
Mr. Hale is survived by: brothers, Alonzo Hale of Lebanon, IN., Raymond Hale of Mt. Vernon, KY. Sisters, Susie Lloyd of Lebanon, IN., and Fern Lee of Salem, IN. A host of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 05, 2011,at the Davis & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Hale officiating. Burial will follow in the Hebron Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, KY. Pallbearers will be, Michael Hale, Marty Damrell, Donald Hale, Dustin Hale, Shawn Kirby, Adam Hale and Shawn Lee.
