Mr. Ben F. Hanie, one of the Baliffs in the Gainesville district, and a well known figure about the court house, died this morning of penumonia. He was forty years or more of age, and besides his wife is survived by his brother, Mr. T. N. Hanie. Funeral and interment will take place tomorrow.
